I really have been quite busy this week. Work has been exceptionally frustrating, so I have been heading upstairs every night.
This weekend I have not been working on my personal projects. I received a request to finish a couple of quilts for a lady in hospice. It’s not every day you can grant someone’s wish. I finished quilting the first top Saturday and hope to finish the other Sunday.
During the week, I finished constructing and quilting Grandmother’s Choice (top left), which I will probably declare “done” in the next day or so. I quilted a small applique quilt for our guild’s silent auction (bottom left), and pieced and quilted a small snowball quilt for my other guild’s cuddle quilts (bottom right). I also added a border to my Quilt Along, did some work on an apple core scrap quilt. Only the grandmother’s choice, binding and backing of the silent auction quilt, and the quilt along border counted toward’s this week’s totals.
